Seeking non-thermal sterilisation, packaging, wet and dry food products

Large European food products company is looking for new methods to sterilise ‘wet’ products (soups, stocks etc) which minimises the negative impact on freshness of flavour, nutritional content, colour, taste and texture. Specifically non-thermal processes to achieve ‘commercial sterility’.
